Too many synching problems with Outlook 2000

Pros: Hardware is fine

Cons: Synching with Outlook 2000 under Windows 2000 was a big problem

The Bottom Line: If you want to synch to Outlook 2000, get a PDA that does not use Intellisync Lite software.

mikeh2's Full Review: Sony CLIE PEG-S320 Handheld

The hardware is fine and the Palm OS v4 is a standard. However, this Clie comes with Intellisync Lite v4.0 software that has been a big problem for me. At first, I synched this PDA with the PALM desktop PIM software under Windows 98 and it went fine. All the data was in the Clie, no data was in the Windows software. However, when I later tried to synch this PDA with Outlook 2000 under Windows 2000 I had two problems (so far). I fixed the first problem on my own, but had to ask Sony for help on the second.
