Pros:Taught me to use a buyer beware strategy when puchasing.
Cons:The program is not adaptible to all situations with out further investment.
The Bottom Line: Do not buy!!!! to many others out there to pick from I would explore all of them before buying. Support is everything in a program like this.
CEO must have written the reviews here. Its just the kind of thing they would do, to blow smoke up your___. I will never buy something again where there are no returns. They use this strategy because they know people will want their money back. What does that tell you about their confidence in their product? Hmm what to do? We are months into implementation and with hundreds of hours of set up. Every time we turn a corner and think it might get better it doesn't. The tech support is less than adequate, hollow promises from the beginning. We were very specific in our needs from the get go and were promised the world and got nothing close. It is not user friendly. BUT, if you would like to spend another 2000.00, they can have someone coach you through it. I already spent a boat load of money on the things they did not inform me of in the begining, like you need crystal reports (a $500 upgrade if you want to modify invoices or workorders). Oh, a server (3000-5000) is needed to operate multi users. $1000 each year to maintain your membership with ceo. If not no more support. User agreements from microsoft at 800.00 per user. We had an archaic system that a college student had made, it had its flaws but worked better than ceo at least it was adaptable.
