Hmmm... that's a great question, and to be honest, I don't know the answer. I didn't try to use my phone, and I didn't notice anyone else using theirs.

On the other hand, I would imagine that they do work. After all, the hedges aren't that high, and there's certainly reception in the plantation, outside of the maze.

So, hopefully, if someone really got into trouble, they'd be able to call for help.

Hawaiian Maze! (Reply to this comment)

I am A-mazed! One learns something new every day. I never knew there was a maze in Hawaii, let alone a pineapple maze. So fitting for the island.

It's kind of scary though because there is no help available should something go wrong. I'm wondering if cell phones work in this maze? I know the cornstalk one I went to here in my state loses cell contact. However, there are 2 nearby attendants for every maze should a child or person become "disoriented". (and it has happened)

Thanks for the review on Hawaii's Pineapple Maze.

My Best...
