The Bottom Line: DONT GET AT-T U-VERSE...I wish I would have listened

We had service installed on Mar 15th 2012 I told the tech that i would like if he ran wires from the outside box to the receiver but he that would not work and he had to wo a wall fish, so i let him. so he begain to drill a hole in the wall only to realise that he drilled in the wrong place now i have a hole in my wall that he didnt fix after he finished with the install service worked GREAT...for a day then the tv kept freezing and going to a blue screen with instructions telling me to reset the u-verse box.  Ok I do what it says and and it worked for about a day and started doing the same thing. I called AT-T crappy service and they sent  tech #2 out to fix it he said the problem was the u-verse modem so he changed it and left...once agin service worked great... for a day the stupid on demand stopped working, the stupid dvr system recorded but would not play, the tv's kept freezing up, there was about a 10-15 sec delay from the controller and the receiver so after many more calls they sent out tech #3, he came and changed the dvr receiver and trouble shooted the tv's (which was the same thing i did) the service still doesnt work correctly and the screen keepts going black and then blue and back again. I called customer service back again and today they are sending tech # 4 out. so to summarize it up, In 1 month i had 4 different techs to try and fix service for the CRAPPY CRAPPY u-verse. I just want to cancel them like right now. and if this last guy doesnt fix it i will
