I used teh vendor's website to find the correct phone and thus the battery. The type phone was okay but the battery number was wrong. I ended up with a battery that was relatively low cost, but the type was wrong. This one, as identified by the website, is a side contact battery, but my phone has top contacts. The difference is small on apperances: a BQ-50 vs a BR-50, or something like that, but it is not usable. Since shipping is roughly the cost of a battery elsewhere, there's little point in requesting a correction. Also, it took much longer than expected to reach us, over a week. I admit I did not ask for expedited shipping since the cost would overwhelm the battery price, but inside a week's time would have been normal.
