I enjoy using Stamps.com because I never have any problems printing labels as I have on other sites. The label always shows up and you don't end up printing and reprinting constantly and then end up voiding because you couldn't get it to print. The only times I have had to void on Stamps.com is when I made the mistake myself in either choosing the class of mail or the weight.
I like the convenience of being able to print First Class stamps, I don't use snail mail very often, Stamps.com lets me print out a page at a time and I don't have to worry about running out of stamps when it's inconvenient to go to the post office.
I also like that I can get the free priority mail boxes and envelopes delivered in the amounts I need without having to go to the post office, where they usually don't have the ones I need or the amount I want. I usually receive them in a few days.
The address book is a great help when you have addresses that you use frequently.
It's also great that you can print any postage, First Class, Express and especially the different flat rate, including the new Legal Flat rate envelope and all the Flat rate boxes.
