On Saturday around noon, I placed an order with Just Flowers for a funeral bouquet to be sent in time for visitation hours that night. The site said, very clearly, "same day delivery." Later that day a Just Flowers employee called to say they could not make the delivery Saturday but assured me they could have it there for the funeral service the next day. I pointed out that was a Sundy but he assured me florists would be making deliveries and they could do it. When I expressed my unhappiness with their service, they offer a reduction on delivery fee. Sunday, AFTER the funeral, Just Flowers called again, saying they could not make the delivery until Tuesday. She offered something like a five or ten dollar discount on my order, but of course the funeral is over and that was what the flower bouquet was for. This is absolutely horrible service to provide on such an occasion. I would NEVER do business with Just Flowers again. Their "I'm sorry" didn't even sound sincere and of course does no good when they have failed to do what they were supposed to do. I hope a warning about their terrible service is posted to warn other customers. I wish I had checked the Internet for complaints about Just Flowers before ordering as I would have seen there are many, many complaints.
