My experience was extremely positive. The website was very clear and allowed me to find the products I needed with the appropriate bells and whistles I thought were important. When I had a question, I called and had an amazingly helpful sales person, who did not try to upsell me. He actually pointed out a way that would save me money, which gave him instant credibility. In the end, he helped me make appropriate choices for my situation. My sales person was informative and answered all of my questions and when he did not have the answer at his fingertips, he found it and was more than willing to do so. This website has become my first choice with my apartment renovation project and so far my last choice. When a lead time needed to be changed, my sales person called me to let me know and was willing to cancel part of the order. Since I told him I was flexible, all worked out. AJ Madison showevd great attention to detail. They followed up with emails on delivery times as well. Every item was delivered as promised and in perfect condition. I still have to connect a few items, but I would definitely use AJ Madison again. Oh yeah, the prices were superb. My overall experience was A+with the company and Mordy, my sales person. This is a place where you can shop in confidence.
