Pros:Not much, except for speed.
Cons:Worse service EVER! How do these people keep customers?
The Bottom Line: Horrible customer service, horrible service (we are on our 3rd modem), they lie about reward incentives (you'll never see the $100 visa card they promise you), horrible billing.
We are now on our 3rd modem with Uverse. The first two never worked and they tried to charge me $100 for each one, even though I sent the broken ones back. My first bill was over $400 due to the added charges for the broken modems they installed. I refused to pay for the broken modems that were not supposed to be billed, so they keep adding late payment fees instead of adjusting the charges. I have spent over 8 hours on the phone with customer service and they always give you the run around and lie to you to pass the buck to someone else. It took over a month to get our service actually working and has been the biggest nightmare ever. If we had any other options in our area I would had switched long ago, but since we live in the country this is our only option aside from slow satelite.
In a nutshell: Horrible customer service, horrible service (we are on our 3rd modem), they lie about reward incentives (you'll never see the $100 visa card they promise you), horrible billing ( if you don't keep an eye on it they will charge you for things that you shouldn't be charged for.
