Better than other companies out there

Pros: Good rates, no cheap gimmics.
Cons: They can't fix it the first time, or second time, or third time...
The Bottom Line: When everything works, it's great! They are growing, and fixing quarks, but I guess it is taking time. But like I said, better than the other services.

Ok, cellphone companies are pathetic in general. So many hidden fees and fine print. The "worry free garantee" is a good thing. I can switch to any plan I want at any time, even their promotional plans. Can't do that with some other companies out there. This company would be great if they could just do it right!! I've had service for 2 years, and if the text messaging works, it's a blessing. They had to give me text messaging service for free for the mobile alerts to work. Still I would get charged every month for it, I would call them, and they would say, "sorry sir, it wont happen again". I switched home areas (moved to a different location), and to them this was like brain surgery. Basically what it comes down to is that they don't know what they are doing.
