Prices:
The prices at J Crew are above average, but not any worse than their competitors like Eddie Bauer, LL Bean, or Banana...Return to opinion

I'm surprised that you had such a bad experience. I've been shopping at J.Crew for at least 10 years (long before Al Gore created the internet...) and have ALWAYS received excellent customer service. Once I called the catalogue orders number and spoke with someone who didn't know what they were doing because they were new, but they were polite.

help to you but when I call customer service, I always get the full name of the person I am speaking with. Usually that makes them behave more politely but if not I can speak to their supervisor. I think you should countact J Crew again and complain. Their merchandise is good but there is no excuse for the way you were treated.
