The Quality of Service Negates their Low Prices!

I recently purchased an internet appliance from TigerDirect and have since decided that I will never purchase merchandise from them again. While I was on the phone with customer service, I was led to believe that the machine would work without having to have it connected to a line with long distance service on it. After trying several times to troubleshoot the machine with their "technicians" I had to ask to speak with a supervisor before somone finally told me that I did in fact need long distance for the machine to work. The level of customer service I recieved was no better than that one would expect to recieve at a retail store. The people I talked to on the phone were very rude and condescending. When I finally sked to return the merchandise, they gave me the run around for about 15 minutes before I finally talked to someone who gave me another number to call to "request" a return authorization. The prices are not worth the ineptness and dishonesty.
