I am a NYer and I really think your review is a bit too meoldramatic for me to take seriously. I feel that you are using the tragedy of 9/11 to make sure people pay attention to your opinion more and that is wrong to do. Review the product.

Dont you think taking photos of your tv could cause problems in itself. What if the picture issue was your fault. Dont just go and accuse Snapfish. There is a large chance the problem had nothing to do with them.

You are being far more gracious than I would have been under those circumstances! Some of those pictures can never be retaken!
