rude customer service, damaged item

I did a site to store order on a plastic nursery toy set for my daughter's birthday. I ordered it very easily and without any issues. It took about a week for me to get the email that it was ready to be picked up but that didn't bother me too much. When I got there to pick it up the customer service gave me greif about my ID being expired, I told him I had already picked up three other items that month with the same ID and didn't have any issues. He then gave me a rude tone and said he would be right back. When he came back with the item I had ordered the box was horribly beaten up and all he said was "oh I hope you don't mind the box". I took the item just wanting to get home. When I got home to open the box and build the nursery set the pieces were bent and a few of them were scraped up and dirty, im guessing this was because part of the box was ripped. I called the walmart and reported the situation and they told me I could bring it back but it would be another week till they could get another one ordered. I decided to just keep the item but I have to say this is by far my worse experience with walmart site to store shipping.
