Yeah, what is that email address? I have used Verizon and am currently using Cingular. I haven't had any problems with either, the only reason I switched to Cingular was because they were cheaper. I have had problems with Voicestream too.
Here is a more detailed explanation of my problem:

Why did you recommend? (Reply to this comment)

Just curious, but why does your review have a "Yes" saying you recommend Voicestream's Customer service if you had such a bad experience with them?

There are quite a few CS Reps that have no idea what they're talking about, but there are a few that do. Those that do are incredibly helpful.
I had a really helpful CS Rep who changed my rate plans over with no problem, and she was so friendly. I was upset because I did not get her Rep ID so I could email CS about how nice she was! I think that if certain CS Reps are really nice, they should be recognized because unfortunately, that's rare at VoiceStream.
I would recommend that people email the VP of Customer Care, Mr. Dan Taylor. He is SO much more helpful than the CS Reps, and he gets back to you within a few hours. He has people check on your complaints/comments and has them get back to you.
I really like VoiceStream, but I am thinking of switching to Verizon Wireless. I realize their CS is probably the same, but I am willing to take the chance.
By the way, which carrier did you switch to?
