I purchased this phone for my husband, and at times I wish it were mine. It is so small and portable because it is a flip style phone! The phone was purchase 6 months ago, and we have never experienced a dropped call. We drove from Florida to New York, and the phone was never out of service! That is rare to have in a cell phone.
The battery life is good. He charges the phone every 3 days, and even then, the battery is not dead.
A feature well liked on the phone, is when the phone is closed, there is a small display on the outside that displays the time and date, and when a phone call comes in, it shows who is calling without having to open the phone.
The phone is a little fragile, he dropped it one time, and the outside display now has a small crack in it. It is still completely functional, just a visual defect.
