My new contacts store! (Well.... maybe not)

Contact lenses can get pretty expensive. Like anything else, I always like to compare prices before I make a purchase. Especially if it is going to cost me a lot of money! I usually order my contacts from 1800contacts.com or I go to Walmart Optical....Return to opinion

Yes, they should've explained that they were going to do a background check before they sent my contacts ;). Maybe it's good that they waited, but I think that if they are going to do this with every customer, why have the "send to a different address" option?? :)

Actually you should be happy that they care enough to not ship to a different address than the bill to address.. it's a basic fraud prevention tactic when taking online orders that most use as the standard rather than the exception... It helps keep costs down by making sure that the order goes to the address belonging to the person who's credit card is being charged.. rather than joe hacker identity thief.. perhaps they should have explained that to you at the time though.. good luck .. and dont give up
