Placed an order on 3/1. After checking status and getting the "being manufactured" message for 5 weeks, decided to call on 4/4. Told that they were waiting on material and would probably ship on 4/22. Had to cancel order, as company has no credibility with me. Promised 2 weeks and then changed story to 7 weeks. Seems like a common problem, go to their website and look under "Message Board" and "Customer Service" topic. Many persons with similiar experience. Their prices were very attractive ($170 vs. $240 for local blinds to go store), but good prices don't do any good if you can't get your order. Very quick to charge the card, though, got to give them credit for that. Hopefully as quick to issue a credit.....Will keep you posted.
