I purchased a machine recently and it was defective. I sent 3 to 4 emails and made several phone calls that got sent to voice mail. They refused to give me a credit and told me that I had to deal with the manufacturer. I am sorry, but if I buy something that does not work when receive it then I simply want an apology and my money back.
I sent the machine back to them and they tried to charge me a 20% restocking fee because I did not have a return authoriztion number. Well, I called my credit card company and guess who won!
It was not worth the hassle but at least I have the satisfaction of warning you.
