I purchased a machine recently and it was defective. I sent 3 to 4 emails and made several phone calls that got sent to voice mail. They refused to give me a credit and told me that I had to deal with the manufacturer. I am sorry, but if I buy...Return to opinion

what a horrible experience! I'm sorry you had to go through that, and I will definitely keep your experience in mind should I ever choose to use this site.
I have to apologize for the rating, but one of the major things I look for/need for a review to be really helpful is more information about the site itself. If it is too difficult to navigate, then forget about it. If the shipping costs are so expensive that I would be better off driving a long distance to get it, I may think twice.
