We've now placed three orders at dunhamssports.com, and all three arrived as fast (if not faster) than expected. Not only that, but we received exactly what we ordered, in perfect condition, with return shipping labels and the works.

Their customer service has always been administratively helpful (e.g. when discussing shipping times, return policies, etc.), with the only weakness being that I knew more about hockey skates than the reps with whom I spoke. That relative lack of product knowledge may or may not translate into other more common sports, however.

All in all, we've been extremely satisfied and would order from them again without hesitation.
