We've now placed three orders at dunhamssports.com, and all three arrived as fast (if not faster) than expected. Not only that, but we received exactly what we ordered, in perfect condition, with return shipping labels and the works.

Hey there! I just wanted to say that I think you have a really nice start here. I was hoping to get some more information about the website itself. I find that if I have difficulty navigating around the site, I'm not going to bother with it. Other things that may help too are: what are the prices on this site compared to the competitors, were e-mail communications used in helping you to track your orders, is there an order tracking system online?
