There are a LOT of dufuses on Epinions right now. I don't know why they waste their time causing trouble for others.
Sometimes I get negative comments and ratings from people I can tell never even spent 3 seconds reading the review. I wonder if some of them can read at all, based on the comments they leave.
I do think the History of the Mini was a little much. Other that that, it was fine.
Leave an update or more comments when you get your new car!!

Even your limited exposure to the little guy helps "personalize" your review -- after all, 99 44/100% of the people reading the review have never even seen a Mini Cooper, so you have an infinite exposure compared to them!
Sorry it took me so long in getting back to this -- but I'm upping my rating to VH. Thanks for considering the comments of the other members of the community. Again; well-written and a good synopsis, the personal interaction puts it over the top.

I don't understand all of the negative comments about this review. I thought it had a lot of good information. I really liked the history, I didn't realize this was a re-make of an old car.

I thought I was clear in saying that I've only driven this car on a test drive for an hour. I don't know what kind of gas mileage it actually gets or what problems it has because mine won't be delivered for another 3 months : (
I did however include my impressions of driving it under "My MINI Experience".

Well, it isn't plagiarism -- as far as Google, Teoma, and I can tell. But it's not a review, either: it's a synopsis.
Your readers want to know the things that aren't available from reading brochures, press releases, and websites. They want to know what it's like to drive the car; the sensation or the experience.
Since you've done a good job of collating the information in one place, it's a helpful review. Once you've driven the car and tell us what the Mini-Cooper experience is all about, then it will become very helpful. Since you do not own this car and it looks like you've never driven it, I can't accept just the facts in your article as a personal experience.
Epinions is different than other services, because individuals who have had experiences with this product should be the ones that write how they feel about them.
I probably could get similar information from an auto magazine.
