I have had my Dell for 2 years and had nothing but headaches. I purchased it because it was marketed to be able to handle all the graphics work I do. Upgraded parts etc.. I am still working on my old Pentium 2 (not a Dell) more often than on the Dell which crashes on a regular basis.
Only difference, they told me after 18 months that ME was the problem and had me upgrade to XP of course they still blame the OS and everything else. Parts are being replaced one at a time but nothing changes.
First and last Dell I ever will purchase. Still one year of warranty to go and then I guess it will be useless.
Power users stay away!

I also wrote a review on my Dell computer and their bad tech support. Your problems sound so familiar!!! Good review. I hope Dell listens and changes their quality and service before its too late.
