If you are a bargain shopper then you need to add Sierratradingpost.com to your list of favorite sites. They have unbeatable prices on quality products. They don't gouge you on shipping charges. They usually ship the same or next business day. They are a shining example of what internet shopping should be.
I have been a loyal customer of sierratradingpost.com for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed. On more than one occasion I have placed an order on a Friday afternoon and have received the order by the following Friday. That's with UPS expedited ground service, not next or second day air.
It is with my last order, placed Friday evening 4/12, that STP showed their commitment to giving the best possible service. When I placed the order I paid a whole extra dollar for UPS expedited ground service, 4-5 days, rather than regular ground, 9-12 days. I was hoping to receive the order by the following Friday, 4/19. I was confident that it could be done, but if not, no big deal. When I placed the order I included a note stating that I hoped to receive the order by 4/19. Later Friday evening I received an email from STP customer service stating that they would upgrade my shipping to 2nd day air at no charge. I should receive my order on 4/17. Now, I'm not telling you they will do this on every order, but I didn't even ask, they just did it.
I don't want you to think Sierratradingpost.com is perfect. They are often selling overstocks, closeouts, and seconds which means they may not have the size or color you want. They are human afterall, but they guarantee your satisfaction. Sierratradingpost.com is a Christian company. Many companies make that claim, Sierratradingpost.com proves it by their actions.
