they would actually demand the envelope to see the postmark. I had MCI some time ago and they keep bothering me to come back. No way after reading these reviews.
We had all hoped that when we went from AT&T's monopoly to the "big three" we would get better services. Prices have come down, but now most of the best deals are with the small many rather than the "Big 3".
I noticed that MCI holds a 4% recommendation rate. That is one of the lowest I have seen on Epinions.
