you did a good job talking about the functionality of the program but didn't really discuss the interface or configurability. How easy is it to use? Does it manage the different messaging systems differently, or do they all appear the same? Can you change the fonts, colors? etc.

I've heard about this program and have thought about loading it, but after reading your review of it I'm left thinking, "Why bother?" I'm not on AOL, you don't recommend ICQ, and the program doesn't work well with Yahoo. So, I'm already on MSN and I think I'll just stick with that. Thanks for saving me the trouble!
