Great idea, poorly implemented. Customer service, what's that?

Pros: One of the first on the market to support WMA and higher mp3 bit-rates.

Cons: Poorly assembled from cheap/crappy materials

The Bottom Line: If they made it more durable and improved their customer service (which right now is non-existent) it would be a decent product. This way it's a gamble...

For first 6 months it worked like a charm, and I was very happy with it. But after the six months it started slowly breaking down. First the anti-skip functions went, then the external power connection (the jack inside the player) started shorting-out, and finally it does not seem able to play the CDs as well as it used to. It can't find the CD, or it just spins until turned off.

I Tried contacting the manufacturer, but they would not get back to me. As a result I will never purchase anything from them again...Very poor way to treat customers.
