I am having the same problem that you stated in your epinion, and was wondering what was the outcome of your contact with the BBB. I would like to cancel my service, but I can't afford to pay $200. As they tell it, my only other option is to switch to their lowest rate plan at $9.95 a month. The catch is: to change my rate plan, I have to sign another year contract!
