Great board for the money!

Pros:Solid Performance, very functional and flexible with outstanding value.
Cons:ATA-33, no onboard scsi, no onboard lan, no vcore adjustment to help OC
The Bottom Line: If you want a low-cost, good performance dual-processor rig, with basic features and one of the best intel chipsets made, this is a very good deal.
I have just purchased one of these on ebay - "New, in Retail Box" for $42. I have had a copy of this same motherboard in another unit for about a year, running Win2000 Advanced Server. It has two P-III 650s in it, and I have been very pleased with it. I do video editing, archiving, and run a small http/ftp server off of it, without any board-related hiccups.
I read the previous review of this board and have to mention a couple of things.
If you flash to the latest bios for this board, stability issues with coppermine-based processors will go away. This will also address a number of other issues, and is a good general practice when purchasing a board more than 1 generation old.
Also, I think a basic knowledge of how isa-based cards use IRQs would have helped with some of the reviewer's frustration. Assigning IRQs to the isa slots is very easy in the bios. For 95% of potential users, this board has more than enough pci slots, and an agp 2x slot.
As for the quality of the board, it is the SAME BOARD as the Asus P2B-D, which generally commands a much higher price on ebay and elsewhere. Users in forums looking for answers with the Asus board have replaced their Asus bios' with one from Tekram, and generally been better off. Go figure.
If you want a low-cost, good performance dual-processor rig, this is a very good deal.
