Maybe shop on-line, but not in the retail store

Due to the way I was treated by a manager at a Performance retail location, I will no longer shop them for anything.
My on-line shopping experience has always been fine with Performance... prices are OK if you are buying the right item and shipping has always been fast and reliable.
But, all it takes is one bad experience for me to spend my money at the multitude of other on-line and/or retail bike stores... many of which have better prices anyway.
The story is too long to go into here... but in a nutshell, I had a problem with a Performance brand product and was treated rudely by a store manager who must have been having a bad day... he apologized for his behavior... but it's too late now... I no longer shop at Performance and neither do my riding buddies. I'd rather spend more money and get treated with respect.
