Maybe shop on-line, but not in the retail store

Due to the way I was treated by a manager at a Performance retail location, I will no longer shop them for anything.

My on-line shopping experience has always been fine with Performance... prices are OK if you are buying the right item and...

Going into detail isn't such a bad thing! It will get you higher ratings thus making your review more successful & helpful to consumers. After reading your review, all that I have learned is that this could be a good store but the manager at the store in your area was rude. So, it really doesn't give me the information I need to determine if this store is worthy of my money.

I'm sorry to hear that you got bad customer service from a store manager at a retail location. I hate being treated rudely, especially when I'm paying for it, you know?

I did find your merchant rating a little confusing though. This is the spot to review the online store. (Eps doesn't have a spot for brick and mortar.) From what I can tell, you've been pleased with your online experience...so, someone looking to buy online might actually be happy with them... as long as that store manager doesn't transfer to the web customer service?

It might be helpful to spend a bit of time talking about the online experience, rate that in the star ratings and then add some information about why you wouldn't recommend their brick and mortar?

I am not really sure the difference between off topic and not helpful at the moment so opted for NH.

If you could expand on how the site looks, navigates, shipping methods, payment options and sizes of bikes and some prices that would make this helpful
