I think you are definitely right that they are for the pre-k set. Some of their tapes appeal to the toddler even more so. This one definitely is for the preschoolers as my younger toddler needs a bit more activity.

prime age for this group is three to four - all my younger kids 4 (almost 5), 7 and 8 flee the room or flip the channel the minute they come on the disney channel. they ask me why does disney put such a boring group on (yet at their ages, they still like veggie tales, blues clues and sesame). I'd always like to study why kids like and dislike certain things (maybe I could convince CMHS to fund a study on this topic).
