Look, the only reason I use Career Builder is because my local paper uses this as the clearing house for its online Employment section. The job search function is limited, not able to support the more technical queries such as non-IT Project Management or Sales Management positions, it is limited to specific cities, and it does not pull well filtered results from a keyword search.
The resume section of Career Builder asks you to be VERY specific on what city you want to search (or be searched). For those of us who are looking for jobs in the Midwest we have to select specific cities to the exclusion of other cities. This is a MAJOR flaw in a nation gripped with recession.
Career Builder is ok for those looking for generalized jobs in a specific city, but for professionals this is not the site to use.
