Verizon is Horrible in Rochester, NY area

Pros: NONE
Cons: Overpriced, POOR customer service, marginal service coverage.
The Bottom Line: Frequent turnover of reps leads to poor service and appearance of customer indifference. Horrible service.

Unfortunately I have the displeasure of dealing with Verizon for my business-use phone, which is primarily my personal-use phone as well. From my experience the phone service coverage is spotty at best in the Rochester, NY vicinity- especially Southern Tier and FingerLakes regions (I believe this is why Verizon implies their coverage is just SOOO great in their "Can you hear me.. Goooood" commercials. What a load of s&^#!) Our company has not had a constant service rep. for more than 4 months, and service is abysymal as a result of the frequent turnover- the service rep doesn't get familiar with the accounts and **Poof** they're already gone!
The plans are no different than the other competitors, so I would shop around and try to find a better provider. I know that I will be looking for a provider with better phone coverage, service, and pricing!
