US Cellular is an all around great company. The service plan I have is $35 a month, and that includes free long distance and the most daytime minutes that I have seen for this price. (600 minutes) It also includes more than enough night/weekend minutes. (2400 Minutes) The phone only cost me $40 with a two year contract. You might think, "Yeah, but the phone costs more without a contract." But, realize that with other plans you need to sign a service agreement too, and with my experience with Sprint, you still pay full price for the phone with the required service agreement. The service is exceptional. My plan is also regional, which allows me to go back and forth between Milwaukee and The University Of Wisconsin in Madison. The only complaint that I have is the service is not very good at the lakeshore dorms, but this is likely due to the large hills surrounding the dorms, and also the fact that all of the buildings have thick solid brick walls. It works every well else perfectly. As advertised, the customer service is exceptional, and changing your service plan is as easy as a simple phone call, and you don't have to wait an hour to speak to someone either. See my other review under Sprint PCS, and you will realize that the difference between Sprint and US Cellular is like the difference between night and day.
