You've certainly got a nice start here with your review. Why not do a little revision and make it a really great one? A quick way to boost the review's helpfulness would be to go over the features of the printer and describe them in detail.
Readers want to know specifics about the printing quality, size, noise, setup ease, anything that's important in a printer. You can also use your pros and cons list to help you talk about the things you like and dislike about the printer. I'd be happy to rerate, so email me any time you update. :-)
