As with most companies these guys are out to make a buck. There plans and promotions may be good.
But, there customer service leaves a lot to be desired in a company. Don't ever lose your job, go through a divorce, or any other life altering event. Trying to be responsible and talking to them to work out a payment plan is of no use. They tell you they will get back to you and the next thing you know they have sent to there collection people. Then look out. They triple your bill and tell you that it's their charge for having to deal with you.
