Great Service - Limited Selection?

I went to cameraworld.com based on the positive reviews here to find some accessories for my Olympus C-4040. Their web site is baffling and very poorly organized, and the selection appears to be abysmal! I tried various search method, including an entire site search, and came up with *one* Olympus camera offering - one.
This is a camera retailer that has been in business for over 25 years?? I also checked out a few other camera lines on their site and also noticed that their overall selection is very poor - a few popular models and options, but that's it. Much worse than I expected. I also noted that their prices are less than thrilling, I've seen better from other online authorized dealers.
My guess is that the people who have had positive experiences are telephone buyers. Nothing wrong with that, but when I buy I like to complete my entire transaction online without having to pick up a phone.
