I'd still like more details. You comment on prices...where did you find better prices? Was shipping included in their prices?
I can't understand why some merchants go to the trouble of setting up web sites, and then make them hard to get around. Also, I don't understand why a merchant would have a web site with less merchandise than there actual store, since they can order whatever they need on an as need basis.
Anyway, a good start.

Thanks for taking the time to rate this merchant.
It's hard to be helpful to potential shoppers without having any acutal shopping experience with an online store. As far as I could see, you didn't have any interaction with customer service, any purchases, or anything concrete to ward folks away from a highly rated merchant.
If you have any acutal experience with the company, you might want to update your review to include that information.
