Wonderful customer service! I had a small mishap dealing with my delivery and the service to fix this problem was amazing! Let me just add that the problem with my delivery was 100% a post office error, not the company's. My address had a forward on it and this forward most definitely was not supposed to be there. Because this forward was sending all things delivered to my address BACK to the post office, then back to the original seller, I never recieved my package when the tracker had shown it delivered. My package was sent back to Karmaloop without my knowledge. It had been about 2 weeks and I had still not gotten my package and knew something was wrong. So, I realized there must be something wrong with my address in the post office. I called the post office to find that the forward was STILL on my address (which I was not happy about) but I immediately called the hotline for Karmaloop after in hopes that someone could help me settle this trouble. I called, and the menu was SUPER easy and simple, unlike most call-menus for companies over the phone. I went through one set of menus and was on the phone with a LIVE (thank goodness) representative in less than a minute. She was an articulate, sweet girl and I was glad to have such an easy person to talk to. She asked for my order number and got straight to the problem. She took down an alternative address to have the package sent just to assure I don't continue to have the same problem this time around, and told me as soon as they recieve the package, they will resend it right back out to me FREE OF CHARGE!! :)
I cannot express how happy I was to hear that it was at no cost to me for the post office's mistake. I had just recently had a similar issue with a completely different company that CHARGED ME a re-shipping fee. That sucked. But not Karmaloop! They rule!
