| nicholaschin's Full Review: Panasonic 2 Pack AA-1.25V 650 mAh Rechargeable Nic... |
First of all this review is exactly the same with the other one about the 4 pack of Panasonic batteries. I am just copying and pasting.
First of all, what could I possibly say about battries?!?!
It's not like i do stuff with them everyday. they cant be adjusted, tweaked, opened, played with and they surely don't make coffee!!
But what I can say is that these have pretty good capacity. After charging them on my Eveready 5 Hr. charger they will run a Panasonic portable walkman for about 28 Hrs. playing tape and about 40 Hrs. using the radio. They will power about just anything that requires AA batteries except for my cheap radio which requires 3 AA batteries. There just isn't enough power. it will run it for about 30 min. before the radio turns off automaticaly.
It powers torchlights fairly well. It gives bright for about 4 hours before dimming a little and after another 4 hrs. it goes flat. For a Sony Discman EJ1000 to be precise it will last about 25 hrs. when using the external battery extension ONLY.
For durability I would give it a 10 out of 10. I have dropped these batteries many times and they don't crack or leak. It can even stand a little overcharging. I have overcharged these for about 2 hrs and they are still fine. However after a few years the contacts get a little greyish. This doesn't affect the performance but occasionaly it prevents the battery from comming in contact with the contacts on the appliance.
Well, that's about it!! What more could you expect me to say!
