I truely liked being able to see the flowers that I was ordering. When calling a florist you never really know what you're paying for. Well I had decided to send flowers to my Mom and my sister for Mother's Day. I had order two of the same arrangement...Return to opinion

Did they send your mom an additional larger arrangement, or was the 20% certificate the only amends they made?
