I have been with Verizon Wireless for two years and have NEVER had a problem with them! My coverage area went from great to excellent to awesome! I have contacted customer service via phone and e-mail to change plans and/or inquire about additional services. I have ALWAYS received excellent service from the customer service associates. They are prompt, friendly and I always go away feeling satisfied. I would definitely recommend Verizon to anyone.

The only con that I can think of is that the plans are a little bit pricey. However, I think it's worth it for the service you receive. I'd rather pay a little more and have peace of mind.
