I agree with another consumer that recommends calling a florist in the area. I ordered a flower arrangement for my mother for mother's day to be delivered to her job at a university. Not only did she not receive them, when I tried to call, I was on hold for 30 minutes, only to find out the florist had attempted to deliver the arrangement the day BEFORE I had requested. They could not located my mom's building in the university (so they said), so the flowers sat in the truck. I was never contacted with this information. The only reason my mom even got the flowers was because she tracked down the florist and gave them her home address. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
