Thanks for posting that text chat. It merely validates the data I have been supplying for two years now. Sorry you had to experience it first hand, but their is strength in the knowledge you now have with respect to this quagmire of a program.
Again, thanks for exhibiting the courage of your beliefs by posting that text chat. Hang in there because a much more user friendly, non-power hungry program is about to be released.

In order for a rant against a service to be truly effective, it needs to be backed up with logically organized facts.
You made claims in your review, and you attempted to back them up. However, the format and presentation make the review almost unreadable.
