Try playing with the color systems avaiulable in Photoshop. It is easier to match the color on a monitor to the image, than it is the other way around. So print out an image, then adjust your color schemes to match the output.
Once you have done that, now when you change your digital image and print it out you can expect a closer match on the printer.
It is a decent technique anyway.

Do you know any good third party software that will help me get more "TRUE" color from screen to printer?
Using mostly photoshop.
