I was very skeptical before ordering since they had one of the lowest price for a Canon S30, and have heard so many bad things about all the internet retailers that will not honor the sale unless you buy very expensive accessories. But I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with this merchant.
45 minutes after placing the order online, I received a call form one of their sales person who called to "verify my billing and shipping address".
After verifying the address he asked me if I was interested in buying an extra memory, which I declined. It is important to note that what he said was; "Would you be interested in buying an extra memory ?" and not "why are you not buying an extra memory ???" and that he took my answer without pushing the sale. He also asked me if I was interested in the extended warranty. I told him NO and he answered right away: "Ok, no pressure".
He confirmed my order and two days later the package arrived as promised.
Maybe I got lucky with this sales person, but I can tell you that this purchase could have been smoother ...
