This will be quick and to the point. The only thing I have used this product for is to get price tags and labels off of pictures, mirrors and all other hard items. Like today, I got a metal dog bowl and used it to get the labels off. I think it smells wonderful, but then again, I've only used very small amounts. I haven't used it for anything else because I don't understand how it works. (It's almost oily.) I bought it because my mother recommended it to me. She loves it, too. I'm not going to comment on its toxicity because it doesn't concern me. There are no children in my house. It works wonderfully to get sticky stuff off. You just saturate the sticker and let it sit for a minute and you'll be able to peel the sticker off easily. If that was the only use for it, I would still recommend it.
