Functionality - This Camera will record video, take pictures and gives you access to video-conferencing.

Quality - The quality is definitely lo-fi. The bigger the picture, the bigger the pixels...keep it at the smallest size for the best results.

Ease of use - Fairly easy to use, just point and click. The focus is annoying, it is an adjustment made on the camera(no auto-focus). It's hard to take a good picture with this camera. I'm not a professional here, but the lighting is ALWAYS off in pictures, this means you can count on adjusting a lot of images.

Bottom line, buy this camera if you aren't serious about taking pictures. This camera does have the word "express" in the name of it, keep that in mind when buying it.
